However, the staff's responsiveness to these concerns was poor. On the bright side, the service from check-in to check-out was friendly and hospitable.

The location was convenient for our activities throughout the week and offered plenty of dining options. While the experience at the hotel had its drawbacks like dealing with noisy guests late at night and the persistent smell of cigarette smoke, it also had positive aspects like pet-friendliness and an average dining experience.

Upon arrival, the room was not clean at all, and they had to change it due to a mistake. The room had a bed, desk, desk chair, and a fridge/TV unit. The hotel staff was super friendly. The location was great with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was decent but could have been better. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives throughout my stay.
